HIRING NOW: Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to handle Accounts Receivable and provide support with Accounts Payable. This role is key in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and effective customer communication. Responsibilities:
Process and post payments, adjustments, and invoices daily
Reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve issues
Manage collections and maintain positive customer relationships
Prepare statements, reports, and assist with month-end close
Provide backup support for Accounts Payable functions
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of AR/AP processes and general ledger
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solving ability with excellent written and verbal communication
