Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Technical eCommerce Manager
to lead the technical strategy and operations of our clients eCommerce platforms. This role is responsible for the
flow, structure, and integrity of product data
across all digital commerce systems, ensuring it translates into seamless and scalable online customer experiences. As a key member of the IT team, the Technical eCommerce Manager will serve as the
primary interface for eCommerce and Customer Portal projects , including integration of ERP and PIM systems. This position will report directly to the IT Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the organizations online presence. Compensation

Lead corporate strategies for Customer Portals and eCommerce platforms. Design, manage, and optimize
Product Information Management (PIM) usage
across the organization. Develop and maintain product taxonomy, categories, and attributes to support scalable online growth. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless
data flow between ERP, PIM, and eCommerce systems . Monitor site analytics, KPIs, and user behavior to drive data-informed improvements. Evaluate and recommend new
eCommerce technologies, tools, and initiatives . Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure digital solutions align with business goals. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience 510 years of experience in a similar role within
industrial or manufacturing industries . Skills & Abilities Expertise in
Product Information Management (PIM) systems
and integration with ERP systems. Strong knowledge of
product taxonomy and categorization best practices . Experience with
B2B eCommerce platforms and portals . Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as
Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
and integrations into commerce platforms. Technical proficiency with
Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and data modeling . Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Azure, Office 365). Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and
data synchronization between on-premise and cloud systems . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and end users. Work Environment & Additional Details
Primarily office-based with flexibility as needed. Some travel and occasional after-hours support may be required. Must be able to transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. Seniority level
