We are seeking a Data Scientist / Analytics Specialist to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract value from business data and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL programming experience, expertise in large database systems, and familiarity with modern data science tools and cloud platforms. Responsibilities
Apply advanced analytics methods to extract insights from structured and unstructured data Perform large-scale experimentation and build predictive models to answer business questions Conduct research on cutting-edge machine learning and AI techniques Define requirements for training and evolving deep learning models and algorithms Influence product teams through data-driven recommendations and presentations Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows Perform other duties as assigned Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications: Direct experience with SQL programming and large database applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SPSS, Teradata, Hadoop Master's degree in Decision Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or a STEM field and 3+ years of analytics or data science experience Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of analytics or data science experience PhD in a related field (no experience required) Experience with R, RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, NoSQL Nice-to-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience with Python, R, or Spark programming Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Streamlit, and cloud-based ML environments Knowledge of predictive modeling, Bayesian inference, and advanced statistical methods Experience with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks Background in financial services is a plus Location
