Role at a Glance

We are hiring a detail-driven Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and refine production processes that deliver efficiency and quality. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable new product launches, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life

Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes.

Analyze process and quality data to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support new product introduction by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.

Maintain clear documentation and robust process controls to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across assigned areas.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing engineering role.

Proven experience analyzing and improving production processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Background in automotive manufacturing processes and standards.

Proficiency with CAD tools and process simulation software.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.

Strong project management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Success in this role requires a hands-on mindset, technical depth, and the ability to partner effectively across departments while driving operational excellence.
