Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop innovative high-power and embedded systems from concept to production. We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer with hands-on experience in analog/digital circuit design, motor control, and high-power systems.
Essential Functions:
Design and develop analog and digital circuits for embedded systems, motor drives, and power conversion
Develop high-power circuits including gate drivers, power stages (DC-DC, AC-DC, BLDC), and protection systems
Implement and optimize motor control algorithms (e.g., FOC, sensorless, PID-based control)
Create detailed schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer and KiCadValidate and debug hardware using lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc.)
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct design reviews, root cause analysis, and generate test plans and documentation
Troubleshoot system-level issues in the lab and in the field (occasional travel required)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in hardware design (analog/digital), power electronics, or motor control
Proficiency in PCB design tools: Altium Designer and KiCad
Experience with brushless DC motors, stepper motors, or servo drives
Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, and thermal managementFamiliarity with embedded systems and microcontroller interfaces (SPI, UART, CAN, I2C)
Ability to read and interpret datasheets, application notes, and electrical schematics
What makes you stand out:

Knowledge of UL, CE, or ISO standards for high-voltage/power systemsFirmware knowledge (C/C++ for microcontrollers) is a plus
