The Leasing Consultant handles leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, resident retention, and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include: Greeting prospective residents and showing apartments Processing applications and lease renewals Conducting marketing surveys and preparing weekly reports Assisting with newsletters, resident activities, and attending events Handling sales, outreach, and lead generation Managing renewal letters and maintaining renewal logs Organizing resident files and monitoring service requests Performing floating duties and preparing incident reports
Job requirements include: At least 2 years of leasing, sales, and customer service experience (training available for the right candidate) Excellent customer service skills and rapport development Valid, clean drivers license Full-time hours Monday-Friday, with some weekend work
