We are seeking a Sr Business Development Lead With Experience in running sales teams in the construction industry. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and leading strategic business development initiatives. The Sr Business Development Lead will leverage deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and proven sales leadership skills to expand market presence and secure high-value projects. Day to Day

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Cultivate strong relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key decision-makers. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff and project estimators. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with project requirements and budgets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence. Monitor construction market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management. Continuously refine sales processes and tools to maximize efficiency and results. Skills/Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 710 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry or related sectors. Strong network and established relationships with industry stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, complex construction projects. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on sales initiatives. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools. $100,000 - $115,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
