LaSalle Network is hiring a HR Change Management Consultant for a well-established manufacturing company undergoing a major HR transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how HR operates across a 100+ year-old business, from implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central to building an HR Shared Services model. The right candidate will bring strategy, communication, and coaching expertise to drive adoption and build organizational alignment. HR Change Management Consultant Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise change management initiatives across HR and technology projects Partner with senior leaders to build alignment and support adoption at all levels Create engaging communication strategies and messaging campaigns Develop and facilitate training programs to support system rollouts and process changes Assess adoption progress, capture feedback, and adjust strategies in real time Provide ongoing leadership support to ensure lasting change HR Change Management Consultant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 710 years in HR, change management, or OD roles Strong knowledge of change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Agile, etc.) Prosci, CCMP, or comparable certification preferred Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel up to 30% to plant and corporate locations This is a consulting role with long-term potential.
