is looking for a
Consultant, Change Management
to join our growing team of sustainability and transformation experts based in Houston or located anywhere in the U.S. The role will focus on driving the successful adoption of change across people, processes, systems and structures, ensuring sustainable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and training delivery to minimize disruption and maximize employee adoption. Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to assess change impact and readiness. Develop and implement tailored change management strategies, plans, and tools. Align change efforts with organizational vision, values, and transformation goals. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Identify and analyze key stakeholders; develop targeted engagement approaches. Design and deliver effective communication plans that build awareness and buy-in. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, facilitating alignment and sponsorship. Training & Enablement
Develop training strategies to support capability building and user adoption. Coordinate delivery of learning experiences, job aids, and performance support tools. Monitor learning effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed. Change Execution & Reinforcement
Monitor and measure adoption, resistance, and engagement throughout change cycles. Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to people-side change impacts. Ensure sustainment plans and reinforcement mechanisms are embedded post-implementation. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or consulting. Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter), and tools. Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across functions or geographies. Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, OD, Psychology). Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CCMP). Experience in Agile, Lean, or digital transformation environments. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Key Competencies
