What You’ll Do: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than a recruiter, you’ll be a business partner to our hiring teams and a brand ambassador to our future employees. You’ll help shape the future of our company by finding individuals who have the skills we need and who share our values and spirit. Partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s unique needs and culture. Create job postings that reflect our voice and values. Build meaningful connections with candidates through thoughtful outreach and engaging conversations. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every applicant. Guide candidates through the hiring journey with care, clarity, and respect. Keep our talent pipeline strong and diverse by exploring creative sourcing strategies. Use data and insights to continuously improve how we attract, hire and retain great people. What You Bring: A genuine passion for people and a knack for spotting potential. A creative and thoughtful approach to identifying and engaging talent. Experience in full-cycle recruiting or a related HR role. Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable style. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. Experience with Paycom to manage recruiting workflows is preferred. A collaborative mindset and a desire to make a positive impact. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus—but heart and hustle matter just as much.
