Epics patient engagement
tools. Youll play a key role in improving how patients interact with their care teams through platforms like
MyChart,
Secure Chat, Haiku, Canto, and Telehealth. NOTE: Position is based on the NY metro area but can be remote with travel to the main office 4-6 times a year Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Epics patient-facing applications. Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Translate user needs into scalable technical solutions. Support go-lives, upgrades, and performance initiatives. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development. Participate in rotating on-call support (some on-site required). Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Epic experience (implementation, optimization, support). Epic certification in MyChart and either Ambulatory or Inpatient (ClinDoc, Orders, etc.).
Note: MyChart certification required within 3 months if not already held. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with Epic Strings Manager and HTML for patient messaging. Skills in scripting, programming, or interface development. Background in Epic Ambulatory, ClinDoc, or MyChart deployment. Seniority level
