What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide service support to members and/or providers across multiple communication channels and products
• Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
• Accurately document details related to inquiries from members or providers
• Collaborate with various internal and external departments to resolve issues
• Support provider needs for inquiries regarding member eligibility and covered benefits

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work scheduled shifts within operational hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills in a professional setting
• Aptitude for listening attentively and capturing relevant information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Genesys
• Experience with CRM software and video conferencing tools
