Job Responsibilities

  • Provide service support to members and/or providers using multiple contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Conduct various surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
  • Accurately document pertinent details related to member or provider inquiries
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with various internal and external departments
  • Support provider needs for basic inquiries involving member eligibility and covered benefits

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within operational hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Exceptional communication skills in a professional setting
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed individual performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Genesys
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and video conferencing platforms
  • Background in healthcare-related services or similar industries
