- Financial Oversight: Manage AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities with a high degree of accuracy and integrity
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor bank accounts and cash flow to maintain financial health and ensure operational stability
- Month-End Close & Reporting: Lead the close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and timely delivery of financial statements
- Audit & Compliance: Oversee external audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Tax Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales, use, and other applicable tax filings
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Deliver detailed financial reporting and analysis to support executive-level planning and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- CPA certification is highly desirable
- At least 3+ years in a senior accounting or Controller role
- Strong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise, and experience with forecasting and budgeting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across departments
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
