Reporting to the Air Logistics Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. You will also be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center.
How you create impact
Use material handling (MH) equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers.
Verify and receive materials into inventory.
Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit which may include palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Use MH equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse.
Use MH equipment to pick, verify and pack orders according to standard practice.
Use MH equipment or other designated means to load goods into trailers or other designated transport vehicles for distribution.
Works from pick sheet to pull product or supplies.
Check orders against pull sheets.
Maintain warehouse clean and free of debris at all times.
Adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies.

What we would like you to bring
1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.
1+ years of experience prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Relevant certification required for handling any hazardous material(s).
A High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds: multiple times a day.
Ability to load/unload materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, hand pallet jacks for other smaller material handling equipment.
Ability to stand for for long perios of time within a shift and walk long distances within the facility.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind, often in an open-air environment.
Strong English communication skills: to understand verbal commands and safety warnings.
Ability to judge distances and communicate effectively with others.
Strong organizational skills to manage products and maintain an efficient workflow.
Problem-solving skills: to handle logistical challenges and ensure timely delivery.
