Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Customer Retention Specialist for the SketchUp Digital Sales team based in Westminster, CO. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, engaging proactively with customers to understand and resolve their issues, and implementing strategies to avert service discontinuation. The successful candidate will be prepared for a contract-to-hire opportunity, primarily targeting those with a customer-centric mindset, exceptional negotiation abilities, and solid experience in leveraging Salesforce for customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers through calls or messages to understand and prevent discontinuation reasons. Independently and effectively resolve customer issues, aiming for minimal escalation. Utilize Salesforce to document all customer interactions thoroughly. Analyze customer data to identify trends for retention improvement and churn reduction. Collaborate with Sales and Support Teams to resolve escalations and enhance overall customer experience.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong customer service and retention background. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in the use of Salesforce for customer management.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience (5+ years) in customer service and retention, preferably within the digital sales domain.
