Perform engineering calculations and develop plan markups under the guidance of Senior Engineers or Principals. Independently manage site work and oversee project progress. Attend client and project meetings alongside senior leadership. Assist with construction administration, including site observations and adherence to safety standards. Mentor and oversee Junior Engineers, fostering their professional growth. Independently manage and complete design documentation (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration) for small, medium, and select large projects under supervision. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with company core values. Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college/university, OR Associates degree in a technical or vocational field with equivalent practical experience. Certifications : Professional Engineering (PE) License required. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for drafting and design; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); solid understanding of engineering principles, project management, and construction administration. Soft Skills : Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills; high attention to detail; strong problem-solving capability; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
