In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operation of all projects, from initial response to final customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, progress billing, and resource allocation. Manage project flow and cost tracking to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Maintain clear communication with internal team, as well as customers, property managers, and subcontractors. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards. Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the project managers and service managers to understand project schedules. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies. Ensure all project documentation is completed by technicians. Conduct weekly safety meetings with technicians and maintain safety documentation. General office duties.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic. Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software. Experience in the restoration or construction industry. Strong understanding of water, fire, and mold remediation processes a plus!
