This position is located onsite in our Elmwood, LA office Join the Birdon team and be a part of our growth! Our Technology Team plays an integral role in ensuring our continued operations. This role reports to the Manager, Digital and IT Strategy and will be responsible for the protection of Birdon information system assets, customer information and data from potential and actual security threats. Some of your daily functions will include: In conjunction with Birdon leadership, monitor group compliance with SSA operating requirements. Ensure that Birdon, monitors, controls, and secures documentation, information, files that relate to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) information. Supporting Programs to ensure that ITAR information is stored and secured and supports the ongoing training and compliance for Birdon staff in managing ITAR related matters. Oversee and implement security solutions and protocols to safeguard Birdon America Incs information, systems, platforms, and data and those of Birdons, customers and employees. Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement the monitoring and audit of systems and processes such as identity and access management. Conduct training and awareness programs for staff and stakeholders to ensure compliance with DCSA, DOD and Birdon relevant regulations and standards. Manage, investigate, and resolve security incidents and breaches, and conduct and oversee automated and manual testing of cyber security protections across Birdon. If you have 10+ years experience delivering digital and IT projects in corporateroles, with a minimum of 5 years of proven Cyber Security, information security, or governance risk and compliance, a bachelors in information systems, computer science (or related/relevant field) we want to talk to you! This position also requires theability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in line with FCL obligations (US citizenship is mandatory for this role). The successful candidate will be considered an accountable person under the Special Security Agreement (SSA) as the Technology Control Officer (TCO) and must successfully complete both a background and drug screening as part of the employment process prior to hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
