Varied field work across worksites (construction to refineries) in a company vehicle Flexible schedules, including 4-day/10-hour week, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options Opportunity for career advancement and transfer flexibility; established since 1996 across 20+ states Impactful work: ensure health and safety compliance, provide first aid and incident reports, perform health screenings, and draw blood when certified Responsibilities
Respond to the needs of various worksites, perform health and safety tasks in accordance with role requirements Provide first aid, incident reporting, and health screenings; draw blood if certified Qualifications
Education/Experience: EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, LVN/LPN, or equivalent; or in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, CNA Minimum Qualifications: at least 18 years old Insurable by motor vehicle policy (min. 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving; no severe driving record) Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required Additional Notes
Excellent communication and public speaking skills; able to articulate instructions clearly Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs for extended periods; comfortable operating a vehicle for long distances Disclaimers
On-Site Health & Safety conducts extensive background checks including MVR; employment offers require successful pre-employment checks and drug screen. Some roles may be safety-sensitive with post-accident and random testing. Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended due to possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
