We are looking for IT or Engineering-focused Recruiters who want to develop their recruiting and sales careers while learning the IT and/or Engineering solutions business from industry experts. Your Impact
As a Technical Recruiter, you will participate in coaching and training to learn the IT/Engineering solutions and staffing business. Promotions are based on results within a meritocratic framework. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales to advise customers on industry best practices. Work with sales leadership to create technical solutions and outsourced services for customers. Develop strategies to identify qualified talent using various tools and resources. Assess candidates strengths against clients requirements by screening and interviewing. Negotiate compensation packages and other employment conditions with top talent and consultants. Manage technical consultants on projects, address consultant-related issues, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary. Partner with Business Development Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess staffing needs. Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide service, gain knowledge, and generate sales leads. Preferred Skills and Knowledge

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors preferred, but not required. Military experience or equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of a four-year degree. Experience recruiting in staffing agency environments for IT (Technology Enablement, Data and Analytics, PMO) and Engineering (Design, Engineering, Construction Management). Compensation structure includes base salary, uncapped commission, and quarterly & annual bonuses. Comprehensive healthcare plan (PPO, Dental, Vision). Paid holidays, vacation pay, and PTO.
