What's the position?

The Licensing Specialist will support the growing Licensing Team in managing employee licensing processes in the highly regulated online sports wagering and digital casino industry. This hybrid role is based in New Jersey and requires residency within the state. The Licensing Specialist will assist the Licensing Manager review, prepare, and submit applications for new licenses and renewals, ensuring compliance with all applicable state regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities Prepare and submit applications for new licenses and renewals of existing licenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Coordinate with Human Resources to support new hire license applications and fingerprinting procedures. Maintain an up-to-date licensing database for all jurisdictions of operation, including tracking key dates, renewal deadlines, and terminations. Communicate with state gaming authorities to ensure timely submission of licensing materials and payment of required fees. Ensure all licensing activities are conducted with strict confidentiality. What are we looking for?

Must reside in New Jersey and travel to the Atlantic City office. Notary Public commission in New Jersey (including online notarization) or willingness to obtain upon hire. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information securely. Experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory roles preferred. Experience with OneComply licensing platform is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in all aspects of Adobe. What's in it for you?
