Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Ramsey, NJ or St. Pete, Florida. The Customer Success Manager will engage with clients to ensure clients are using AppWork to its fullest and are truly obsessed with us. Daily tasks include onboarding, implementation, day-to-day account management, and support. The role requires proactive problem-solving and continual improvement of customer success processes.
Qualifications
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and trends
Expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in customer success or on-site property management required
