We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who will elevate our vibrant culture and join us in delivering unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners. Responsibilities Successfully train and manage the leasing team
Lead leasing team in sales efforts
Direct leasing team in external marketing and advertising efforts
Develop and successfully execute marketing plans
Provide exceptional customer service to the community members and future community members
Assist in completing market surveys as needed
Show, lease, and move in prospective community members
Update unit availability daily
Process rental applications
Process maintenance requests
Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
Clerical and phone support
Maintain all community members’ files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation
Inspected all apartment homes to ensure move-in readiness to Trinity’s standards prior to move-in
Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to Supervisor
Conduct community members’ move-out unit walks as needed
Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor
Essential Functions Plan and execute all on-site/off-site marketing and advertising
Organize and promote community events to current and future community members
Facilitate all aspects of the community leasing process
Lead leasing team by example in a professional manner
Possess a positive attitude and handle high-stress situations effectively
Exhibit strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Administrative and organizational skills
Time management and ability to prioritize
Customer service orientation
Strong sales background
Knowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing
Qualifications Marketing and Advertising:
Extensive knowledge in social media; excellent leasing and closing skills
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer and internet knowledge; MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check (preferred)
Learning and Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education programs
Education:
High school or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; ability to read/write English and perform intermediate math; proficiency with on-site resident management software
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a leasing consultant in multi-family; minimum 1 year in a management position related to marketing/advertising in multi-family or related field
Special Requirements Physical Demands:
Sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach; may climb; work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods; able to work extended/flexible hours and weekends; detect auditory/visual alarms
Attendance/Travel:
Full-time; some nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance at company functions
