Insight Global is looking for a Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer with strong expertise in water conveyance, stormwater management, wastewater treatment, and water distribution systems to join our team. In this role, you will design, analyze, and optimize water and wastewater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. You will work on projects involving pipelines, pump stations, water distribution networks, and treatment facilities, contributing to sustainable and efficient water resource solutions. Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Develop engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution and sewer systems, pipelines, and pump stations. Review designs and reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct site evaluations to ensure alignment with client and community needs. Prepare technical documentation, white papers, and design reports. Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals and RFP responses. Engage with clients to assess current and future project requirements. Represent the firm at industry conferences and technical events. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Lead tasks on water and wastewater treatment projects, with emphasis on process, mechanical, and hydraulic design. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 7 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering. Proficiency in CADD (3D/4D) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills

Experience with design-build and bid-build projects. Familiarity with hydraulic modeling software and water system optimization tools. Seniority level
