Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Shop Visit Strategy Analyst role on a high-visibility F135 Sustainment Integrated Fleet Support team that executes forecasting, powerplant engineering, and shop visit strategy. The Shop Visit Strategy Analyst drives the F135 shop visit strategy technical maintenance planning through the build policy and EMP. Responsibilities include: Strategic maintenance planning for the F135 organization from a technical powerplant engineering perspective Establish business strategy & business case development for the Engine Maintenance Plan (EMP) and Build Standard Drive digital strategy integration: data product & tool development, including leadership of workscope innovation efforts Lead the Build Policy Council maintenance planning working group Partner with the shop visit analysis team to identify cost reduction drivers Accountability to update and publish the EMP & PSLMP (propulsion system life management plan) Drive CORE key process maturity & improvement efforts Travel 10% (Domestic & International) Qualifications you must have: Bachelor's Degree 8 years of aerospace, logistics, or maintenance experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace, logistics, or maintenance experience Qualifications we prefer: Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace Logistics, or equivalent Familiar with engine overhaul & repair processes, engine hardware, assembly, operation, and testing CORE Champion or related total quality management system experience What we offer: Employee Scholar Program This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
