As a Senior Consultant for Healthcare Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. You will lead and drive the development of essential Organizational Change Management (OCM) capabilities for an enterprise initiative aimed at consolidating IT functions into a singular managed IT services framework. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping and promoting change management strategies tailored for public sector IT transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the preparation and execution of OCM plans, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. Build comprehensive change management plans that guide stakeholders through each phase of the transition, including management support, training, communications, and ongoing support. Design and deliver communications to keep the organization informed about the OCM program and upcoming changes. Provide strategic insight and manage coordinated change impacts across affected organizations. Evaluate and implement operational process improvements. Facilitate client discussions towards achieving effective outcomes. Educate business partners on the value of change management and engage the community of change practitioners. Contribute to the development of key deliverables and manage recurring tasks effectively. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for improvement. Develop presentations and slide decks for various audiences. Track progress on initiatives and workstreams in collaboration with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 3-5 years of change management experience; 5+ years preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications. Demonstrated ability to identify and meet client needs through proactive communication and engagement. Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Proven teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to manage deadlines and recurring deliverables effectively. Willingness to travel up to 75% required. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Organizational Change Management, or Business Administration. Experience in healthcare information technology consulting with major healthcare organizations or large-scale IT transformation projects. Familiarity with the Department of Defense or Military Health System experience. PROSCI Change Management Certification. CCMP Certification. Salary Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00, depending on various factors including skills, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
