Ability to obtain Public Trust Position Overview: As a Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR). Your expertise will support the development of essential Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for a large-scale initiative aimed at consolidating IT functions under a single managed service. This role involves fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives, focusing on key areas such as User Engagement, Communication, Leadership Support, and Training. Your contributions will be vital for four critical pillars of change. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution Develop comprehensive change management plans tailored to the program's goals and designed to guide stakeholders through all change phases Create and implement effective communication strategies to inform the organization about the OCM program Assess and manage change impacts across various organizational areas Identify opportunities for operational process improvements Engage with clients to drive productive conversations and outcomes Educate partners on the value of change management and foster a community of change practitioners Contribute to the creation of essential work products and deliverables while managing recurring tasks Develop engaging presentations and slide decks Work collaboratively with stakeholders to monitor initiative progress Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years of change management experience (5+ years preferred) U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and related applications Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership Effective at managing deadlines and deliverables Desirable Qualifications: Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Organizational Change Management, or Business Administration Experience in healthcare IT consulting or large-scale transformation projects Familiarity with the Department of Defense and Military Health Systems is a plus PROSCI Change Management Certification and CCMP Certification The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00 - $148,000.00. Your experience, qualifications, and other factors will influence compensation.
