Production Scheduler - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 25-01583

Salary Range: $62K - $70K Permanent Position with Benefits

Youngstown, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Production Scheduler to coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Project Management in order to optimize production schedules for efficient manufacturing operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher level education
• 2 or more years' experience in production scheduling, planning, or related manufacturing roles.
• Understanding of production planning, capacity management, and inventory control
• Proficiency in MS Office suite with intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, equipment availability, or staffing
• Work closely with production supervisors, communicate schedules and resolve conflicts
• Develop and maintain production project plans and measure performance
• Provide summary report of completed, delayed, missed or rescheduled work orders, and reasons for deviations
