This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in El Paso, TX. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for meeting and greeting prospective residents, showcasing properties, facilitating the leasing process, and managing lease administration. Other duties include maintaining resident retention through excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall property management team. Qualifications
Experience with handling Leases and Lease Administration Skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and basic computer software Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or property management is a plus Seniority level
