This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in South Bend, IN. The Leasing Consultant will present properties and amenities to potential residents, handle lease administration, support resident retention activities, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, managing lease agreements, maintaining positive relationships with residents, and supporting the overall leasing goals of the community. Responsibilities
Present properties and amenities to potential residents Manage lease administration and processing of lease agreements Support resident retention activities and deliver excellent customer service Conduct property tours and assist potential applicants through the leasing process Maintain positive relationships with residents and campus/community stakeholders Support the leasing goals of the community and collaborate with the team Qualifications
Proficiency in leases and lease administration Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in resident retention strategies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience in property management is a plus Seniority level
