A well-established oncology team in Coldwater, MI, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient Medical Oncology & Hematology clinic. Position Highlights: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM schedule (no call required) Outpatient-only, hospital-employed role Working alongside physicians and a comprehensive care team, including nurse navigators, social workers, nutritionists, and palliative care Collaborative environment with Radiation Oncology and other internal/external specialists Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program Active or pending Michigan licensure Strong communication skills and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with annual quality incentives Comprehensive benefits package CME stipend, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus About the Area: Coldwater is a vibrant community located 40 minutes southeast of Battle Creek and within easy reach of cities like Kalamazoo, Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Fort Wayne.
