Lead Warehouse Operations & Blue-Collar Workforce Management:
Direct daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, dispatch) for predominantly blue-collar workforce, currently third-party but transitioning toward direct employment. UAE Labor Law Expertise & Strategic Workforce Planning:
Leverage proven experience implementing UAE blue-collar labor regulations at scale (minimum 400-500+ headcount) within reputable organizations. Proactively identify workforce risks, optimize labor utilization, and develop strategies for seamless third-party-to-direct labor transition. Frontline Leadership & Team Development:
Apply hands-on warehouse operations experience to directly manage, mentor, and develop a core team of 2-3 members. Foster a high-performance culture focused on productivity and process improvement. Operations Optimization & Future Growth Support:
Establish foundational warehouse processes and KPIs. Utilize prior experience (local last-mile logistics experience is a strong plus) to prepare operations for future cross-border road freight capabilities into key markets. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics operations management within a large-scale environment. Demonstrated Expertise: In-depth knowledge and application of UAE labor laws specific to managing large blue-collar teams. Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience supervising teams directly (2-3 people) in a warehouse setting. Blue-Collar Management: Extensive background managing large groups of warehouse blue-collar workers in the UAE/Gulf region. Industry Background: Mandatory warehouse/supply chain operations experience. Experience in logistics/courier/e-commerce companies is valued. Pay
