As the National Rums Ambassador, you serve as a charismatic and influential face of the brand to trade, consumer and internal audiences. You contribute strategic insights, develop trade advocacy plans and execute world-class programs, managing multiple projects to keep this role impactful and engaging. You serve as the voice of Bacardi Rums—building deep trade relationships, shaping advocacy strategies, and leading programs that drive brand growth and category leadership. ABOUT YOU: With a founder’s mentality you are the visible image and face of the brand through consumer, trade, and digital channels. You will collaborate with the brand marketing team to spread the brand message and develop lasting relationships with consumers, on-trade personnel, and distributor partners. Through hospitality leadership, you will mentor regional ambassadors, equipping them with strategies to elevate brand presence and performance. Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, commercial, advocacy, and customer marketing to deliver and execute brand plans through various activities. Generate brand and category awareness and educate influencers in the on/off-trade channel, bringing brand programs to life (e.g., social media, events, trainings, dinners). Support bartender programs and promote programs through social media channels. Coach, mentor, and lead regional brand ambassadors, sharing best practices and resolving on-premise obstacles. Gather market, social media, and competitive information and transform it into insights and opportunities for the brands. Lead projects with a founder’s mentality and present disruptive ideas that provide competitive advantage and ROI. Qualifications / Skills

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Beverage/director experience with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality/industry. Regional brand ambassador experience or brand consultant experience preferred. Deep understanding of the spirits industry and its competition. Knowledge of cocktails and experience crafting cocktails. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives, distributor partners, vendors, and customers. Flexibility to travel, and ability to work some nights and weekends. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). The base salary range listed for this position is $88,754-$130,078 and the salary within the range will be determined by location, experience, skillset and other relevant factors.
