Responsibilities
Handle significant transactional work in commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and overall development work.
Work with local entrepreneurial and national institutional clients on matters across the country.
Collaborate directly with the firms Co-Global Chair of Real Estate and receive mentorship on legal technicalities and business development skills to advance to a first-chair real estate attorney.
Engage in client development processes with guidance from shareholders who will provide training and mentoring.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and development). Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, keen attention to detail, and willingness to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
