The annual base salary for this position is $66,150 plus competitive commission and bonus. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our growing Delivery team. The Recruiter will be responsible for qualifying new job opportunities with our clients, identifying and attracting qualified talent through outbound activities, and treating our candidates and consultants with a true white-glove experience. Responsibilities
Find available talent by researching candidate databases
Network through social media or events
Maintain relationships with domain professionals
Create and build a prospect list
Create job ads and post available positions using a variety of media
Successfully match available talent with open positions by accumulating knowledge of skill sets and client
Conduct candidate screening, negotiate pay rate, and overcome candidate objections
Advise candidates on keys to a successful interview and debrief with candidates and hiring managers or client services resources to gather feedback
Solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client/consultant satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships
Conduct reference checks
Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed records of recruiting and candidate/account activities by updating business systems and databases
Proactively market candidates and generate sales leads to support business development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1 year of Recruiting experience within a Staffing Agency
