We are seeking a Solution Consultant who can accelerate AI solutions across clinical trial strategy, planning and execution. You will apply AI across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment to help clients meet business goals using Citelines evolving AI-enabled solutions and services. You will collaborate with Sales and Implementation to deliver value to clients through AI-enabled solutions focused on accelerating trial timelines and improving patient engagement. This role partners with sales, implementation, and product to identify sponsor needs and opportunities for AI applications. You will communicate how Citelines AI-enabled solutions address those needs and develop a firm understanding of Citeline Clinical AI offerings, including Real World Data (RWD) use-case solutions, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment. Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on client calls to demonstrate the value of Citelines Clinical Solutionscombining platform, AI analytics, services and Real World Data offerings to support use cases across the clinical lifecycle (planning, feasibility, patient engagement and recruitment). Bring technical and business credibility to AI conversations with clients, translating complex AI concepts into clear, value-driven narratives aligned to clinical trial objectives. Identify and qualify AI use cases across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment; collaborate with Product to validate and formalize them into the roadmap. Provide AI solutioning support on strategic customer engagements to develop custom instances and bespoke solutions using Citeline data assets, AI models, products and services. Act as a subject matter expert in Citelines AI solutions, including understanding the data powering them, development methodologies, and validation processes. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and propose AI-enabled solutions that accelerate timelines and improve patient engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and refine AI solutions with clinical relevance and technical feasibility. Collaborate with Sales teams across all account segments (new logos, existing accounts from small biotech to large pharma). Accountable for attributing deals toward the teams sales targets as set by the business. Independently manage solution/technical qualification with a compelling proposal that leads to new business. Present analysis of Citeline Connect solutions to customers as part of consultative sales and value analysis. Support pre-sales activities (building business cases, executive summaries, use case and therapy area case studies) and collaborate on pricing, negotiations, timing, proposals and contracts. Partner with product management and Sales to share client feedback and drive improvements in Citelines AI offering for BioPharma. Coordinate with the implementation team on pre-sales scoping and RFI/RFP processes. Test new clinical offerings with potential clients and relay feedback to drive innovation and product-market fit in complex selling situations. Document all pre-sales activities in Citelines Salesforce CRM system. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in clinical trial-related roles (CRO, trial recruitment, consulting, or biopharmaceutical company). Passion for healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, AI and technology. Experience identifying AI use cases in clinical or life sciences settings and advancing them to proof-of-concept or pilot. Strong understanding of data science concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics) and ability to translate them into business value. Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms/tools in healthcare or clinical trials. Ability to assess AI model performance, data quality, and validation approaches for clinical and regulatory robustness. Track record of collaborating with product and engineering to shape AI solutions based on client needs and market trends. Working knowledge of the global pharmaceutical industry, particularly Clinical Trial Recruitment. Technical proficiency with a strong ability to demonstrate and present solutions to clinical operations and similar clients in Pharma/Biotech. Experience collaborating with commercial teams and other internal departments. Ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly and confidently. Curious mindset, eagerness to learn the Pharma industry and our products, and ability to have insightful AI conversations with clients. Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and simply; strong written and verbal communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
