Fellowship Program Administrator
is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational support of multiple ACGME and Non-ACGME accredited fellowship programs within the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role ensures compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements, supports program leadership, and facilitates the educational and professional development of fellows. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and graduation of fellows Maintain compliance: duty hours, evaluations, WebADS reporting Assist with Annual Program Evaluations (APE), Clinical Competency Committee (CCC), and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings, including minute-taking and documentation Manage ERAS applications, coordinate Thalamus interview scheduling, and ensure NRMP compliance Communicate with applicants, faculty, and staff regarding interview logistics and materials Maintain accurate records using platforms such as New Innovations, GME track, Cortex, FREIDA Organize fellowship-related events including thesis defenses, graduation ceremonies, and departmental presentations Qualifications Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of work experience Knowledge of education programs Knowledge of ACGME/LCME policies Multicultural competencies and ability to work with diverse populations Department:
