Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our HR team. The HRBP will serve as a leader with management on human resource-related issues and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units. This role is instrumental in connecting people to purpose while driving talent, engagement, and last-mile HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with department leaders to assess current and future talent needs Enhance organizational performance through human capital strategies Develop and executing strategies to retain talent within assigned populations Lead all talent, engagement, and last-mile HRBP deliverables to drive performance of the business Address employee relations issues Foster positive relationships between management and employees to enhance engagement Ensuring that HR practices align with regulatory standards to mitigate legal risks Identify training needs, such as safety, compliance, and skills development, for employees in various roles Work with Training to design and implement programs that enhance employee capabilities Provide feedback to managers and employees regarding performance expectations, goals, and career development In partnership with COE’s, Develop and promote wellness programs to ensure a holistic approach to safety and well being Analyze workforce trends to anticipate future business needs Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure a skilled and adaptable workforce Collaborating with additional HR partners to share best practices and ensure consistency in policies and procedures Schedule: Full Time On-site Flexibility required to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed by the business Warehouse Office – approx. 65F – 75F Experience: Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (required) Preferred: Five (5) – Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resource; two (2) years - three (3) years in a strategic HR role Preferred: Experience in partnering with business leaders to drive workforce strategies, talent management, and organizational development. Experience supporting both Operations & Corporate Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership Skills: Physical abilities
: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc. Effective communication Skills:
Ability to facilitate & communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis Organizational Skills:
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management Working in a team-based environment:
Working independently and as a collaborator to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality Quality:
