Key Responsibilities: Build strong, trusting alliances with patients while coordinating care with external providers. Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders to provide comprehensive treatment plans. Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and more. Continuously track treatment responses and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records through Athena, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) in the state of Utah. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional social work or clinical experience post-master's degree. Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and couples. Proficient in using computers for professional communication and documentation, familiar with tools like Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or other EHRs). A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness.
