Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Truck Drivers with a CDL A license to join our growing company. With over 60 years of experience as the largest manufacturer of metal roofing, wall, and building systems, we are looking for reliable drivers to transport our products safely and efficiently.
Compensation:
The annual salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, which includes:
$10,000 Sign-on bonus paid quarterly in increments of $2,500.
Activity-based pay (mileage, stops, unloads, etc.).
Quarterly incentives.
Per diem pay options (taxable or non-taxable).
Consistent routes with an average of more than 1,000 miles per week.
Typical workdays ranging from 10-14 hours.
PTO paid hourly, based on an average annual salary (approximately $30-$35/hour).
Bi-weekly paychecks.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, home every weekend.
Start times typically between 2 am and 5 am, with deliveries from 7 am to 3 pm.
Maximum of 4 overnights per week; sleeper cab provided for overnight routes.
Routes primarily cover the Wyoming area.
Deliveries to lumber yards and various job sites.
Flexibility with work schedules and route assignments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL trucks to deliver materials to designated locations.
Unload steel building supplies at residential and commercial sites.
Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery.
Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or repair needs.
Utilize Flatbed Conestoga trailers with Moffett deliveries; experience preferred, but training is available.
Operate sleeper trucks equipped with forward-facing cameras.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with air brakes endorsement.
Current DOT Medical Card; must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.
A minimum of 3 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience or 200,000 miles.
2 years of flatbed experience is required.
Moffett experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Experience driving in mountainous conditions is necessary.
Comfortable driving manual transmission without restrictions.
Must be in excellent physical condition; able to lift and handle up to 75 pounds.
Capable of working in various environmental conditions.
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
