Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of consulting experience in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma, or Medical Technology) required. An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA) may substitute for years of experience.
5+ years of experience in strategy, commercialization, and product launch.
Significant experience in working with solid tumor oncology biopharma clients, particularly in NSCLC, Breast Cancer, and Prostate Cancer projects.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. Experience managing full projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, and mentoring others is essential.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, or similar tools to leverage data-driven decision-making.
Advanced experience in data collection, research, and solution exploration with a critical thinking approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create client-ready deliverables, including polished presentations.
Willingness to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with solid tumor oncology biopharma clients.
Demonstrated commitment to the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
Ability to articulate clinical and business implications of complex products.
Skill in developing new business opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.

Salary Range:
