Job Title:
Workday Integration Developer
Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Remote)
Pay Range: 130k-140k
What's the Job?
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Finance and HCM modules, including Workday Extend.
Lead and support integration efforts between Workday and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ, etc.).
Own the development lifecycle - from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule with a skilled team.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Workday features, cloud technologies, and best practices.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
2+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs.
Experience with data conversions, system integrations, and performance tuning
