Overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Product Development to lead the design and delivery of CINDE-powered agentic AI applications that will define the future of enterprise intelligence. This role will own the product architecture, roadmap, and platform evolution for CINDE-based multi-agent ecosystems, AI assistants, and knowledge graph-driven insights across SymphonyAIs next-generation solutions for Retail/CPGs. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on product leadership with experience in ontology-driven architectures, AI agents, and intelligent assistants, while scaling cross-functional teams to build market-leading enterprise AI products. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the end-to-end product development strategy for CINDE agentic AI applications. Drive the roadmap for multi-agent orchestration, personalized assistants, and autonomous decision-making workflows powered by CINDE. Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, and data science to align the product vision with business and customer needs. Lead the design of agentic AI architectures within the CINDE platform to enable autonomous, persona-driven agents. Build a scalable multi-agent framework capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks in dynamic enterprise environments. Integrate CINDEs knowledge graph, ontologies, and semantic reasoning engines to deliver context-aware, personalized experiences. Develop AI-powered assistants for predictive insights, natural language interactions, and contextual decision support. Build knowledge graph-driven systems that unify enterprise data to provide adaptive, agentic AI experiences. Partner with design teams to create human-in-the-loop interfaces that enhance explainability and trust in AI outputs. Own the productization of advanced GenAI capabilities into real-world enterprise workflows. Collaborate closely with R&D on agent behavior modeling, AI orchestration, and contextual knowledge retrieval. Qualifications
Required 12+ years of product and technology leadership experience with a track record of building AI-first enterprise platforms. Proven ability to scale engineering teams from startup to enterprise across geographies. Expertise in AI/ML, multi-agent architectures, intelligent assistants, and knowledge graph-powered products. Deep hands-on understanding of ontology design, semantic data modeling, and graph-driven decision systems. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business, product, and engineering priorities. Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into SaaS and platform products.
