Implements, tests, and maintains all manufacturing equipment controls.
Performs necessary maintenance of equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoots day-to-day manufacturing issues, and identifies or implements system improvements to enhance throughput, yield, and product performance.

3-7 years of electrical/electronic/controls experience.
Associate Degree in Electrical, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering preferred.
If no degree, at least 5+ years of verifiable experience in a related field (e.g., Semiconductors, Automotive).
Journeyman's Card from an accredited apprenticeship program is preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in CMMS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on manufacturing lines.
Proficiency in robotics, electrical/electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
Ability to read prints and suggest modifications as needed.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
Test new controls and establish control functions as designated by the Controls department.
Download software updates and maintain software databases.
Assist IT with setup, installation, and testing of communication devices for PLCs.
Research, prepare, and present solutions to control problems and continuous improvement projects.
Document issues and follow up on control-related problems.
Provide documentation for testing procedures and results.
Assist new equipment commissioning technicians in testing control systems.
Interface with company and supplier representatives.
Maintain effective communication and teamwork.
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance.
Develop and implement electrical preventative maintenance tasks and schedules.
Troubleshoot robotic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficient in Maximo reporting and parts search.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or lead.
