Maintain detailed documentation in a call-tracking software database for all events Collaborate with internal and external clients on the implementation and modification of applications, systems, or programs Evaluate client needs, identify configurations that support business processes, and provide training and end-user support Lead projects within own discipline and provide second-tier support to end users Solve moderately complex to complex problems and analyze possible solutions using technical experience Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred Ability to work under limited supervision and provide guidance to new team members Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a technical support or business solutions role Familiarity with call-tracking software and documentation practices Proven ability to lead projects with controllable risks and resource requirements Understanding of business best practices and key business drivers Ability to explain complex information in a straightforward manner Additional Information
