Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in New York. Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, with a reputation for excellence in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory. Description Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. Assist with HR documentation, compliance, and personnel records management. Coordinate employee programs such as orientation, benefits enrollment, and training sessions. Partner with HR team members to manage employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. Assist with HR projects, reporting, and data entry into HR systems.
Profile
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; prior experience in financial services is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
