Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for various mental health and substance use disorders. Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to provide effective treatment. Monitor and track treatment responses and manage changes in clinical symptoms or side effects. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in Florida. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of post-master's experience providing behavioral health services. Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation, including familiarity with EHR systems. Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. The salary range for this position is $53,800 to $114,300 annually for full-time employment, dependent on several factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. If you are located in Florida, this position requires a Level II background check as defined by the AHCA for those with direct, face-to-face client contact.
