As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health conditions. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week in Jacksonville, FL. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver treatment using various techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans according to clinical symptoms and side effects. Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of post-master’s experience in delivering behavioral health services. Experience in providing direct psychological services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using technology for professional communication and medical documentation, including EHRs. Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively. The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, based on factors such as experience, education, and local labor markets.
