Overview

We are a private hard money lender (F2 Finance), focused on the short-term residential ‘fix & flip’ bridging finance market. We have substantial capital available for growth and want to build our team with great people! We are looking for an experienced loan processor or loan officer to join our team.

You will need to have 1+ years of experience, specifically in residential private lending, fix & flip, bridging finance or mortgage broking. You will be involved in driving loans through the full life-cycle, from assisting with the initial inquiry and information gathering, through to successful loan completion. You will be results oriented, and a team player. Responsibilities

Drive loans through the full life-cycle from inquiry to completion. Assist with information gathering and initial assessment. Maintain a results-oriented approach and be a team player. Build and manage a large pipeline of prospective loans. Build working relationships with borrowers and brokers via phone. Qualifications and Experience

Experience in residential private lending, fix & flip, bridging finance or mortgage broking (1+ year). Sales experience in mortgages or real estate, ideally in private lending or hard money. Strong knowledge of private lending and hard money. Customer service focus with the ability to explain concepts clearly in plain English. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and get involved with the business as required. Experience using cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Slack) and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus). Company Culture
